Our new name represents the doors God has opened for our chaplains worldwide. Good News Global conveys a fresh name for a proven ministry model – chaplains rushing into dark places to bring the Good News of Jesus Christ to those who are without hope. The message is that the Savior – the same yesterday, today, and forever – He alone can bring transformation. Only He alone can bring true Freedom Behind Bars.
Today, over 11 million men and women are incarcerated around the world. Forgotten and hidden from sight, their days are marked by deep darkness and despair.
These men and women, like ourselves, long to know what it means to be loved and forgiven. It is at this moment that hardened hearts often pause to ask new questions. Unfamiliar questions, the kind that cry out from souls desperately searching for transformation.
