Good News Global (GNG) is committed to respecting the privacy of our donors and partners. We have developed this privacy policy to ensure our donors and partners that their information will not be shared with any third party.
Policy Purpose. GNG provides this Partner Privacy Policy to make you aware of our privacy standards and to inform you of the way your information is used. We also provide you with the opportunity to remove your name from our mailing list, if you desire to do so.
Information Collection. Here are the types of donor information that we collect and maintain:
- Contact information: name, organization, complete address, phone number, email address
- Payment information: credit card number and expiration date, and billing information
- Shipping information: name, organization, complete address
- Information concerning how you heard about GNG
- Information you wish to share: questions, comments, suggestions
- Your request to receive periodic updates, e.g., upon individual request, we will send periodic communications related to specific fundraising appeals, prayer concerns, and newsletters.
Information Not Collected. GNG does not gather any of your sensitive personal information from donors, such as social security number, driver’s license number, race, ethnicity, religion, health metrics, political associations, or details regarding criminal history.
Information Use. GNG uses your information to understand your needs, share information about GNG and to provide you with better service. We request your specific information to help you complete giving transactions by the method you select. Credit card numbers are used only for donation or payment processing and are not retained for other purposes. We use the comments you offer to provide you with information requested, and we consider carefully each recommendation as to how we might improve communication.
Information Sharing. GNG will never sell, rent, or lease your personal information to other ministries or organizations. We assure you that the identity of all our donors and partners will be kept confidential.
Information Security. Any donor information provided to GNG is maintained in electronic environments that meet or exceed mandated security protocols, including encryption and industry best practices. Use of donor information will be limited to the internal purposes of GNG and only to further the ministry activities and purposes of GNG.
Removing your name from our communications. It is not our desire to send unwanted communications to our donors and partners. Please contact us if you wish to be removed from our communications list.
